The custom-printed PVC graphic retracts neatly into the aluminium cassette when not in use. To assemble the display, simply position the base, extend the support pole and pull the graphic into place. Artwork and approval

Upload your finished artwork when ordering or select the custom graphic design option. Our design service includes three initial design options and two rounds of amendments to your selected design. We aim to provide the initial options within five working days of receiving your complete brief and suitable assets. A final proof must be approved in writing before production begins. Please check all wording, contact details, colours and layout carefully, as the banner will be produced using the approved design.

Production and delivery

Our estimated production and delivery time is 30–40 calendar days, including production, beginning after we receive both cleared payment and final written artwork approval. We will confirm the expected schedule before you commit. Worldwide delivery is available. If a complete delivery price is not available online, request a quotation so we can confirm the product and delivery cost before payment. Please contact Expo Display Stands before ordering if you are working towards a fixed exhibition or event date.

One-year hardware warranty

The hardware is covered by a one-year commercial warranty beginning on delivery. If we accept a claim, we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. The warranty does not normally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unsuitable storage, weather damage, unauthorised modification or damage during customer-arranged transport. Shipping charges are not included in the voluntary commercial warranty, but this does not affect statutory rights or circumstances in which EDS must bear necessary costs under applicable law.
