How to Order Your Exhibition Display
Ordering a custom exhibition display is straightforward. Follow the steps below, and contact us before ordering if you have a fixed event date or need help choosing a product.
1. Choose the right display
Start with the space you have, how your display will be transported and what you need it to achieve. A roll-up banner works well for a compact message, while a tension-fabric backdrop creates a larger branded wall. Flags, gazebos and brochure or digital display stands can complete the setup.

2. Select your product options
Choose the available size, base, wall, printing or configuration options shown on the product page. Check the dimensions carefully against your exhibition space and any venue restrictions.
You can supply print-ready artwork or select our design service. The design-service charge is £20 for small items, £35 for medium items and £50 for large items, using the tier shown for the relevant product.
3. Confirm delivery
Where a complete supported delivery price is available, you can order online. Otherwise, request a quotation and tell us the product, variant, quantity, delivery country and postcode, and event date. We will confirm the complete product and delivery cost before asking you to pay.
4. Send your artwork or design brief
Upload artwork with your order or email it afterwards with your order number and the product each file belongs to. If you select our design service, send your logo, required wording, preferred colours, suitable images and any brand guidelines.

5. Approve your proof
We will provide a digital proof for written approval before production. Check the wording, spelling, contact details, colours, layout, size and product selection carefully. Production will not begin until we receive your final written approval.
6. Production and delivery
Our estimated production and delivery time is 30–40 calendar days, including production. This period begins after we have received both cleared payment and final written artwork approval. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, so contact us before ordering if your display is needed for a particular event.
