Need an artwork template?
You can find the relevant template for each of our products listed out below. Just select the product you want, find the size then click DOWNLOAD to access the template.
Upload now or send your artwork later
Upload your artwork with your order, or email it to sales@expo-display-stands.com afterwards with your order number and the product each file belongs to. If your files exceed the upload limit, email us to arrange a suitable transfer method.
If you have selected our design service, send your logo, required wording, preferred colours and any images or brand guidelines. We will provide a proof for written approval before printing.

Here at Expo Display Stands we offer an in-house, professional graphic design service for all the products we supply.

Upload with order
Upload your artwork on the product page and add your items to the basket. These will then be added to your order when it's placed.

Send to us
Once you have placed your order you can send your files to us via WeTransfer or just email them to sales@expo-display-stands.com
General guidelines
- CMYK colour profile
- Convert Pantone colours to CMYK.
- Do not supply RGB images.
- Ensure all images/placed items are linked within the document and that all layers have been flattened.
- Resolution must be 300 dpi at 25% of output size.
- All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- Please supply artwork as PDF or Illustrator EPS files.
