At Expo Display Stands, we supply high-quality exhibition displays to customers across the UK and worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and important information regarding international orders.


1. Delivery Locations

We regularly ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • European Union
  • Caribbean

We can also deliver to most countries worldwide on request. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will arrange a bespoke shipping solution.


2. Production & Dispatch Times

As many of our products are custom printed to order, production time is required before dispatch.

  • Standard production time: [5–10 working days] (depending on product)
  • Production begins only after artwork approval
  • Orders without artwork approval will not enter production

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.


3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 1–3 working days
  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • USA: 5–10 working days
  • Caribbean: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–14+ working days (location dependent)

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight
  • For large or complex orders, we may provide a custom shipping quote
  • Any additional delivery services (e.g. express shipping) may incur extra charges

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays or the return of goods.


6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk passes to the customer once goods have been delivered to the specified address
  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide your order number and photographic evidence

We will investigate and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


8. Delays & External Factors

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
