Tell us the product and variant, quantity, delivery country and postcode, event date, and whether you need our design service.

We will obtain a current supplier and delivery quote, then confirm the complete payable amount before asking you to pay. Any destination taxes or duties that remain your responsibility will be identified in the quotation.

Our estimated production and delivery time is 30–40 calendar days, including production. We will confirm the schedule for your order before you commit.

Artwork & Design Support

Upload artwork with your order or email it afterwards with your order number and the product each file belongs to. For larger files, email us to arrange a suitable transfer method.

Our design service includes three initial design options and two rounds of amendments to your chosen design. We aim to provide the initial options within five working days of receiving your complete brief and suitable files.

You will receive a final proof for written approval before production begins.
