Digital Display Stand

The Digital Display Stand helps small and medium-sized businesses combine custom fabric branding with an integrated tablet holder for videos, presentations, digital brochures, lead-capture forms and interactive visitor content. It is designed for trade shows, expos, conferences, showrooms and promotional events where space is limited but a tidy, professional presentation still matters.

The lightweight aluminium structure is wrapped with a custom-printed tension fabric graphic, allowing the stand itself to become part of your exhibition branding. Its compact format works well at the front or side of a display booth and can be packed down for transport between venues.

Artwork and design service

Choose Client Supplied Graphics if you have print-ready artwork, or select Custom Graphic Design if you would like help preparing the display. Our design service includes three initial design options and two rounds of amendments to your selected design. We aim to provide the initial options within five working days of receiving your complete brief and suitable assets. A final proof must be approved in writing before production begins. Please check all text, contact details, colours and layout carefully, as your product will be made using the approved design.

Production and delivery

Our estimated production and delivery time is 30–40 calendar days, including production, beginning after we receive both cleared payment and final written artwork approval. We will confirm the expected schedule before you commit. Worldwide delivery is available. If a complete delivery price is not available online, request a quotation so we can confirm the product and delivery cost before payment. Please contact Expo Display Stands before ordering if you are working towards a fixed exhibition or event date.

One-year hardware warranty

The hardware is covered by a one-year commercial warranty beginning on delivery. If we accept a claim, we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. The warranty does not normally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unsuitable storage, weather damage, unauthorised modification or damage during customer-arranged transport. Shipping charges are not included in the voluntary commercial warranty, but this does not affect statutory rights or circumstances in which EDS must bear necessary costs under applicable law.
